Refund & Cancellation

1. General Policy

This policy applies to the ₹99 agent verification fee and paid ITR, GST registration, GST return filing, and related service requests made through Shree Vachchhraj TaxTech.

Please review the selected service, customer information, and charges before completing payment.

2. Agent Verification Fee

The one-time agent verification fee is ₹99 unless officially changed by the Platform.

Payment does not guarantee agent approval or account activation. The fee is generally non-refundable once the verification process has been completed, subject to applicable law.

3. Service Cancellation

Agents should contact support promptly if they wish to cancel a service request.

A cancellation request does not automatically qualify for a refund. Eligibility will depend on whether processing has started, the work already completed, and applicable rules.

4. Replacement Service Credit

Where an eligible issue attributable to the Platform or its authorized filing team is verified, we may offer one replacement service credit instead of a monetary refund, where legally permissible.

5. Failed Payments and Duplicate Charges

If money is debited but the payment is shown as failed, or if a duplicate charge occurs, contact support with the transaction reference.

6. How to Raise a Complaint

7. Processing of Approved Refunds

Where a monetary refund is approved or legally required, it will be processed through the applicable payment provider or original payment method.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or overrides any mandatory consumer rights or statutory refund entitlements under applicable Indian law.
